You further attest that no local, state, national, or international laws or regulations are being violated by your enrollment on the eDocument system and on this website.

You are bound by these Terms & Conditions in addition to any other terms and conditions to which you have previously agreed in order to use this website.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.


In order to use the eDocument system, each user must have unique login information. This login consists of your User ID and Password. You will be asked to choose these during the enrollment process.

It is important to keep your user ID and password confidential in order to prevent unauthorized access of your account and to protect your personal information. By completing enrollment of a user profile you agree to be solely responsible for maintaining the secrecy and restricting the use of your user ID and password, as well as for any payments authorized through the website using your user ID and password.

If you believe that your user ID or password has been lost or stolen, or that someone has made or may make a payment without your permission, please change your user ID and password. We reserve the right to reset any user IDs or passwords that may have been lost or stolen.


You may use the eDocument system on this website to initiate payments on your utility account using your Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express card in any amount and on any day that you choose.


We attempt to use the most current encryption and secure communication technologies on this website, in order to help you protect your personal information. However, while we have made every possible effort to provide a secure and reliable service, the complete confidentiality of any internet communication cannot be guaranteed. Because of this, we are not responsible for the security of information transmitted through the internet.

Actual or attempted unauthorized use of the eDocument system and this website may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution. In order to protect your information as much as possible, we reserve the right to view, monitor and record activity on the eDocument system without requesting your permission and without further notice to you. Any information we gather by these activities may be disclosed to law enforcement agencies in connection with investigation or prosecution of possible criminal activity on the eDocument system and this website. We will also disclose information gathered from the eDocument system and this website whenever required by court order or when otherwise required by law.
